Return Policy for Ankit Enterprises

Our return policy varies depending on the type of item purchased. Please review the guidelines below to understand our return policy for different categories of products:

  1. Notebooks:

    • Returns accepted within 7 days from the time of delivery.
    • The item must be unused and in its original condition.
    • No returns will be accepted if the item has been hampered with or used.


  2. School Textbooks:

    • No returns will be accepted.
    • Items can be replaced if the received product is incorrect or defective.


  3. School Sets for Students:

    • No returns will be accepted.
    • Only defective items or items sent in error will be replaced.
    • Customers are encouraged to count the number of items in the school set upon delivery.
    • Any discrepancies should be reported immediately to our customer service team.


  4. School Uniforms:

    • Returns accepted within 14 days from the time of delivery.
    • The item must be unused and in its original condition.


  5. Other Items:

    • For all other items, same return rules mentioned for Notebooks applies, i.e., returns would be accepted within 7 days from the time of delivery


General Return Guidelines:

  • Returns must be initiated within the specified timeframe for each product category.
  • Products must be returned in their original packaging.
  • Return shipping costs may apply unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or defective item).
  • Refunds will be processed after the returned items are inspected and approved.
